“I just love to help.”

Clay Brizendine has spent the majority of his post-college career speaking to, training, and coaching others how to get better in their individual lives for those things that matter most to them.  Drawing on constant learning in the space – the science of wellbeing, the development of purpose and its effects, applied psychology techniques, and empathy to name a few – coupled with his time spent working across different industries (corporate America to non-profits), Brizendine brings a unique perspective to those who engage with him.

By the numbers:

9: Years volunteering for, directing, or advising on boards of non-profits

Brizendine also makes room for his own passion projects.  In 2013 he published ‘Shoebox Letters: Daughters to Dads,’ receiving acclaim from the likes of Mark Victor Hansen.  In 2018 he received a grant from People’s Liberty to create Courts of Art, a non-profit transforming outdoor basketball courts into playable works of art.

Originally from the Louisville, KY area and a graduate of Purdue University, he currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife and three daughters.
